CHECKOUT & SHIPPING

Order processing and shipping usually take between 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time during weekends/holidays.

Orders will be shipped via Thailand Post for Thailand orders and EMS for international orders. All separate orders will be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.

All prices are shown in Thai Baht and all orders are charged in Thai Baht. For international orders, please note all prices shown are not tax inclusive.

International orders may be subject to additional charges, such as import duties, upon delivery. GINGKO is not responsible for any incurred import tax and duty charges. It is also the customer's responsibility to comply with any customs clearance process. We recommend that you contact the customs authority of your country to determine the landed price and custom process prior to purchase completion. 

 

PAYMENT

We currently accept payment via PayPal and PayPal Express.

Credit card orders are supported through the Paypal Express checkout. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

In some cases, we may carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method upon receiving your order to ensure transaction legitimacy. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

GINGKO does not currently accept returns for a refund.

However, customers may return items wish to be exchanged for a replacement size if the fit is not right, for the same product. We do not accept exchange requests for a different variant of the same product, such as a different color or wash etc. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

We also accept exchange requests for defective or damaged products. All products returned for the exchange must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. GINGKO reserves the right to reject products that are returned damaged, worn, or altered.

To submit an exchange request, please email sales@gingkobrand.com within 10 days of you receiving your order.

All charges related to shipping for an exchange are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item. However, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer.

Items sold at a discounted price are final sale.
